After you create your account, check your email and click the NACWO confirmation link. You will then use your new login details to login to the member portal.

Car Wash Type

Informal / Bucket & Hoover: Usually a small or informal operation using basic equipment such as buckets, hoses and vacuum cleaners.

Small Business: A more established local operation serving customers regularly, but still relatively small in size.

Established Car Wash: A permanent operation with a dedicated site, staff and a more developed range of services.

Automated / High-Tech: A business using automated machinery or advanced equipment for some or most of the washing process.

Mobile / At-Home: The car wash travels to the customer's home, workplace or another location.

Valet / Detailing: More intensive vehicle cleaning, polishing and presentation-focused services.

Self-Service: Customers use the business's equipment themselves.

Service Model

Walk-in: Customers arrive without booking and are served in the order the business can accommodate.
